Rolling Process: The operator places the mattress on the feeding platform. The mattress presses against the non-woven fabric, and the mattress is pushed against the rolling spindle. The cylinder of the pressing mechanism presses down on the mattress, and the rolling spindle starts to rotate, pulling the non-woven fabric and rolling the mattress. During the rolling process, the rolling cylinder of the rolling mattress machine maintains an upward position. As the roll increases in size, the pressure on the roll exceeds the cylinder's pushing force, causing the roll cylinder to lower. The springs in the mattress are compressed and have significant rebound force. The rolling cylinder of the rolling mattress machine continues to push the rolling belt to ensure the mattress remains tightly rolled. When the front part of each mattress enters the roll, the pressing cylinder lifts the pressing plate. After each mattress is rolled, the operator continues to place the next mattress, and the pressing cylinder presses down again to repeat the process.
