NAIGU’s latest automatic mattress production line is designed to meet the needs of modern factories, delivering a daily output of 300–3000 mattresses with remarkable precision and speed. Powered by MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS integration, the entire process — from spring mattress net production to automatic composite production — is streamlined for maximum efficiency.

Automated Production Flow:
The inner bed core is automatically assembled by intelligent robots and transferred via AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) to combination workstations. Layers such as AB fabric, sponges, 3D materials, and latex are automatically bonded, filled, and assembled with glue spraying. Edges are stitched in a one-time or two-time edge process before moving to automated inspection.
With RFID tracking and automatic sorting, mattresses are guided to dedicated packing stations. The line supports PE film wrapping, kraft paper packing, and compression & roll packing, ensuring optimized packaging for logistics and storage. Finished products are directly transferred to the warehouse via AGV for streamlined delivery.
