Design of a Pre-Compression Mechanism for Rolling Mattress Machines

Dec 30th,2024 245 Views

Today, Naigu is leading a discussion on the design of the pre-compression mechanism for rolling mattress machines. The design aims to address issues in the rolling mattress machine production process, such as the damage to non-woven fabric bags of springs, the need to stop the rolling mattress machine after rolling each mattress before placing the next one, and the inefficiency due to non-continuous production. By analyzing the causes based on actual conditions, a belt pre-compression mechanism was designed. The specific structure and function of this mechanism are detailed, resolving the issues encountered during the rolling process with the rolling mattress machine.

From design to production, and from production to improvement and optimization, mechanized production is increasingly popular across various industries. The rolling mattress machine is mainly used in manufacturers producing spring mattresses packaged in non-woven bags. The machine's role is to compress multiple semi-finished mattresses (such as 10 semi-finished mattresses measuring 2000 mm × 2000 mm × 200 mm) into one roll (e.g., compressing them into a cylindrical shape with an outer diameter of 700 mm × 2000 mm in length). This significantly facilitates storage and transportation for manufacturers, saving warehouse space and reducing transportation costs.
