- When the pressing plate of the rolling mattress machine presses down on the mattress, it sometimes damages the non-woven fabric bag of the mattress springs, causing damage to the mattress.
- When rolling the front end of each mattress, the mattress is dragged by the non-woven fabric wrapped around the rolling mechanism of the rolling mattress machine, while the pressing plate remains stationary. As a result, the bottom of the mattress moves first, followed by the top, causing the mattress to tilt. This leads to non-vertical compression, and in some cases, the springs are overly tilted, which can tear the non-woven fabric bag and damage the mattress.
- After completing the rolling of one mattress, the spindle of the rolling mattress machine must stop and wait for the next mattress to be loaded. The pressing plate then needs to be lowered before the rolling can continue. The downtime for loading the mattress reduces production efficiency in the rolling mattress machine.
