The mattress tri-folding machine is to triple-fold the mattress to achieve a smaller packaging effect, suitable for mattress with soft materials and larger sizes, such as compressed mattresses, foam pads, latex pads and memory foam mattresses. usually used in conjunction with a compression machine or rolling machine to get a better effect.
The front conveyor rises to fold the first third of the mattress atop the center. The back conveyor rises and folds the second third of the mattress atop the package to complete folding. The front conveyor returns to place. The back conveyor remains positioned holding the folds. The exit pushes the package to the roll cage.
