The mattress compressing machine is equipped with a PE bag for mattress dress-up. Once the mattress is pressed, the last side is welded, and the mattress is automatically transmitted for further processing. The roll pack machine is set to package the mattress according to specific diameter requirements, adjusting based on the mattress size.
Packaging Cost Saving: The compression machine uses 0.09mm thick compression bags, while the roll pack machine utilizes 0.04mm thick film, further reducing costs.
The Siemens control system, including PLC, HMI, and inverter, allows for easy operation. The control panel is available in various languages, and the system is equipped with a remote system for easy installation and maintenance.
