We have a set of strict quality control process:
-1- Incoming inspection standard
Incoming materials are inspected by quality inspectors and judged by the technical department, which guarantees the quality of all raw materials. Qualified raw materials enter the warehouse, and unqualified ones are returned.
-2- Process inspection standard
The personnel in the production department carry out equipment production according to the order picking, and the quality inspector conducts production inspection, and then conducts assembly test.
-3- Semi-finished product / finished product inspection standard
The quality inspector inspects the finished product, and packs the product after passing the test.
The main inspections mainly includes equipment debugging, repair, specification change, corrective and preventive measures,etc.
-4- Shipping inspection standard
Only after the packaging is completed according to the qualified packaging standard can the shipment be carried out, and the best quality products will be delivered to the customer after transportation.
