Automated Mattress Assembly Production Line

The automated mattress assembly production line connects seamlessly with the upstream pocket spring mattress grid production line. The mattress grids produced upstream undergo a series of processing steps, including but not limited to:

1. Edge Framing: Fixing the supporting frame around the perimeter of the mattress.
2. Cotton Layer Assembly: Bonding the cotton material to the surface of the mattress grid.
3. Border Sewing: Performing border operations on the mattress grid and using sewing equipment to secure the cotton material and border together.

At this stage, the mattress is essentially formed. After passing quality inspections, it proceeds to the subsequent roll pack machine for the roll-packing process. The roll pack machine ensures the mattress is tightly rolled and securely packed, ready for efficient transportation and storage. The integration of the roll pack machine into the production line significantly enhances packaging efficiency and reduces storage space requirements.
